I think it would not be possible. If it were possible, Arabs would have beaten the Hebrews / Jews. I think there would be foreign invervention if terrorists do enter the Syrian coasts.

The hardcore of the Ukrainian army are Right Sector / OUN / UPA. Few but ruthless. Not even Russia can beat them. Likewise, the hardcore of the Syrian army are Alawites. Few but ruthless. Not even Nusra can beat them.

Alawites are the spearhead during offensive operations and are on the frontline while the majority conscripts guard checkpoints and big cities like Homs, Hama, Daraa, western Aleppo behind the frontline.

At the beginning of the war, Sunni Arabs were 60 percent of Syria's population and Alawites were 12 (some say 13) percent of Syria's population. That's a ratio of 1 Alawite to 5 Sunni Arabs. However, because Alawites have heavy artillery and air power, for every Alawite killed by small arms fire, dozens of Sunni Arabs are killed by artillery and air strikes. Furthermore, for every 10 Syrian army soldiers killed, more than 5 of them are Sunni Arab Baathists. Furthermore, ISIS and Nusra and FSA who are all Sunni Arabs kill each other whereas Alawites, Sunni Arab Baathists, Hezbollah, Mahdi Army are a united force.Therefore, by my estimation, for every Alawite killed, 50 to 100 Sunni Arabs are killed. I therefore predict that, if this conflict continues indefinitely, then Alawites would wipe out the rebelling Sunni Arabs in Syria. What do you think?

Alawite frontlines are guarded by heavy machine guns such as the new Kords supplied by Russia. It is virtually suicide to attack Alawite frontlines with only small arms. Behind Alawite frontlines are Alawite heavy artillery which indiscriminately bomb rebel held areas from dozens of miles away beyond the range of rebel small arms fire.
