I have been following this for a while.Had high hopes for it too.
But Pakistan backtracking at the last moment has put this new bloc into jeopardy right from the start.
I have never been more disappointed in Pakistan as I was when I heard that it has backed out of it just because of Saudi pressure & some measly billions.
