Well by looking at the last few Graduate Courses you can assume there would be one every year with registrations in June/July but unfortunately there hasn't been one this year which was supposed to be 39th Graduate Course. I haven't heard or read anything that says why and I don't believe they have terminated the course so my guess would be that 39th Graduate Course may begin registrations in June/July 2020
