There is a difference between the two statements. One comparing the numbers and the other Tech

Tech wise China should be at least 20 years behind US..so Chinese defense minister is true. the same cannot be said of Manmohan statement

Man,what was the intension of starting a thread like this.This is just ridiculous.Here every indian members say that currently militarily india is behind china and why should not that be?China's defence budget is more than 110 billion$ against 38 billion of India.The only intention of the thread starter was trolling and nothing else.
