• What is the location of this meeting? Is it public knowledge, or kept confidential?
• Who is the gentleman in the black suit on the military side of the table?
• Who is the lady in the corner of the table?
• Do other governments study such pictures in the public domain to construct profiles of individuals and workings of the government?
• Does the Pakistan government deliberately provide low res pictures to obscure what is written on the board? Are their software programs that could possibly enhance the image to make the words legible?

Nuclear button. And the target is set by IK's tasbeeh. 100 beads of tasbeeh defines 100 indian cities. He just has to set the target by scrolling at proper bead and then press the button. KABOOM...
