All properties need to go... Jati Umra needs to be flattened.... better still let the homeless live there. Justice!
Turn it into Orphanage and a shelter for homeless people and same should happen to all Bilawal and Zardari houses. All properties need to go... Jati Umra needs to be flattened.... better still let the homeless live there. Justice!
Paks need to SEE... the very symbols of these scums need to be wiped clean... otherwise, there is nothing for the people to see or fear...
Not worth it... It still allows them to keep most of the looted wealth. IF the state is sincere in eliminating the corruption then there are lot of effective solutions... put these corrupt guys in the lowest category jails, stop all kinds of meetings and food from home...and they will not only return every single paisa within two months but also pay interest over that but the state is not willing...that's the whole issue. Problem is not with these corrupt criminals and thieves rather the gutless cowards who are running the country. Speeches, seminars, statement, interviews...all are just talksAlso, plea bargain essentially implies bar from holding any public office and other possible consequences of admission of the guilt.

Plea bargain is legal according to Pakistani law.Dear IK Isn't that same as an NRO where a secret deal will be done and only few will be kept in loop.
That's right.. it seems NO ONE has the intent to put them in a condition that's standard for other criminals behind bars otherwise these people will return the money within a year..Not worth it... That is called plea bargin here and for that they have to commit the ultimate suicide and admit their wrong doings in court of lawDear IK Isn't that same as an NRO where a secret deal will be done and only few will be kept in loop.
Qatar and KSA?
My dear Pak, with Plea Bargain.... the chop option will not be availed.... or Crime & Punishment should still apply?
Let me put in straight words. PM, COAS and CJP, these three men can do whatever they want IF they agree on saving and protecting the country, but if they have some other agendas to grind then we will get only statements. PMLn has forward blocks in it. If PTI can its budget passed with a comfortable majority then with little help from JKT and COAS, laws can also be changed and this categories of prisons can be eliminated and 18th amendment can also be removed or modified. So it all boils down to these three men. We don't need speeches, seminars, statement, interviews... Take practical steps or just pack up enough of this fooling. If any two of these three men converge on a point, the third one will definitely be forced to join them.Plea bargain is legal according to Pakistani law.
It requires the offender to accept that he looted money, return it, and then go home.. The conviction remains there.. which means the criminal is not able to run for any public office in future..
Please bargain is a death sentence for a politician.. because immediately after that, the party workers and other leaders start deserting the criminal as they know he has no power left.
So, a clever politician never goes for a plea bargain.. because it results in loosing hefty amount of money, and any chance of grabbing any political post by any means at least in Pakistan, which means losing money plus power.. This is what Sharifs are sticking to.. that they aren't going to accept the plea bargain terms.. what they want is to return the money through other countries.. in this case they will lose the money, but a chance of coming back to power will be there.. which means chance of looting at least 10 times again.
That's right.. it seems NO ONE has the intent to put them in a condition that's standard for other criminals behind bars otherwise these people will return the money within a year..
Fair!
I just wish that all their assets in Pakistan will be taken and given to people...sold at fair price...
Any trace of their existence from Pakistan needs to be wiped clean...
Sir, if they don't pay then chop their hands. If they admit guilt and pay, then exile/banishment.
@Retired Troll samajh tay kiyun nai?"The NRO will not be offered,"
this is an NRO....It differs from the plea bargain :"The NRO will not be offered," he said, referring to a deal similar to the national reconciliation ordinance issued by former dictator Pervez Musharraf, under which cases against a large number of politicians and political workers were quashed.
Difference is one has pardon other is a plea deal just like any criminal gets"Give the money and go out of the country," he said, adding that Nawaz Sharif wants to seek treatment from a foreign country and he will be allowed to do so, but after he settles with the government.
He added that Asif Zardari is "facing difficulties; he will also be let go if he pays the money".
Much awaited they should also get a medical from public hospitals only. That too the worst in their area / province so they be forced to maintain all incase they land in one"I have told the law ministry that the money launderers should be sent to a common jail. Soon, legislation will be made in this regard. They [money launderers] should know how a common criminal is treated in this country," he warned.
