Yes. But that is an internal arrangement between the PM and our financial representative. I believe that the agreements with IMF would possibly be signed by our Federal Secretary (Finance) or some other government representative.
 
Didnt he met her in Dubai as well? No outcome than, what possibility of an outcome is now? IMF is being used as a tool to arm twist Pakistan thanks to the successive policies of PPP and PMLN.

If the IMF bailout is taken, then it no longer remains an internal matter. IMF conditionalities will require structural reforms as agreed upon.

No. That is not primarily the case, at least now. Pakistan is in a big economic mess, owing to an exorbitant external and internal debts. See, how we come out of it and pray that we come out of it.
