Sir, please confirm whether a sticky of China economy news and updates thread is allow or not cos the below announcement was quite confusing, moderator said no but webmaster said yes in a same annoucement, thanks in advance.

Zaki bro, we use to have a sticky for that, but somehow was delected by AM a week ago and after the announsment thread, i did open up one "China economy news and updates", but was delected by mod. I'm really confused.
