KARACHI: The Deputy Managing Director of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Salim Sayani said that PIA plans is planning to establish a planetarium and an aviation gallery in Moen jo Daro.
He said this while addressing a conference on Pakistan Aviation & Travel Industry which was held at a local hotel.
Sayani said that Pakistan has one of the most beautiful regions in the world with attractions like Moen jo Daro, Harappa and Taxila along Himalayan Mountains, Chitral, Hunza valleys.
In an attempt to boost tourism in Pakistan, Sayani said PIA will soon
launch a mega event on the renaissance of Indus Valley Civilization in November to highlight the rich culture of the country and promote a soft image of Pakistan.
Conference was attended by officials PIA, Civil Aviation Authority, Foreign Airlines, Domestic Airlines, Ground Handling Services, Air Freight, Travel Agencies and Ticketing Software Companies.
