PIA flights delyed but Air blue flights are on time. Petrolum minister is owner of Air Blue

Yesterday flight to Islamabad from Oslo was on time but did a stop in Italy before going to Islamabad Another family who traveled by PIA told toilets smelled like hell. I remember last time i traveled with PIA it was same.

Pakistan: toilet problems in the air.
India: Toilet problems on the ground.

WTF is going on??
