Well not exactly the French/British aircraft but the Boeing version of it.

In the late 1960s, PIA placed an order for two Boeing 2707 Super Sonic Transport (SST) aircraft for delivery in the mid-1970s. Boeing cancelled the 2707 programme in 1971 and delivery to PIA never took place. This is the official Boeing depiction of the PIA SST in 1960s PIA livery. |

Bet on the wrong horse. Nonetheless, after Boeing refused why didn't they go over to Aerospatiale ? Any idea?

Mainly because Concorde only had a seating capacity of 128 while the Boeing design was meant to carry upto 300 passengers, besides, When Concorde was launched, sales were predicted to be 150 aircraft, but only 14 aircraft were actually built for commercial service.
