Sure? I doubt that since a civilian is involved.
First the crime will be established and if the Jawan has really done then i think victims might get compensation from the State Government.

I hope results would come in next decade. Let's keep our fingers cross.
Obviously when you have events after events after events like this then you need inquiries and laws. Nothing new here.![]()

Yes. But the question is which court? Would be interesting to know that
I think it would be military Tribunal.

I doubt that, because of the civilian. Especially if she lied about the rape (I dont want to blame anyone yet), she cant be put before a military tribunal.
Any law expert here?![]()
Justice lolz. Your are funnnehhhhhh!!!!!!!!Hope law will take it course and justice will be done.
Afcourse justice will be done,India is no Pakistan where army can get away after raping 300000 Bengali womenHope law will take it course and justice will be done.
Yes. Getting enraged is natural but the law should take its course...not mob anger and slander. We should work and act objectively, not react like a pack of wolves. You have a point there.. Some do indulge in false accusation to settle scores or for their own evil agenda .. But we have to face the fact that we live in country where women are still discriminated socially, politically and religiously ..Though we are far ahead of many developing countries in relation to women issues but we are still have a long way to go.. So naturally common folks get enraged when we hear of violence against women.
