Important addition to what outgoing Chief said is Helicopter, Corvettes, which was still not finalized, but surprise was shallow-water attack submarines. the word attack most likely means its not the midget ones. I believe PN is looking for a west as China still has no such subs on offer.

Also if you look at PN comprehensive procurement plans it almost covers everything from small gun boat missile craft corvettes frigates, upgrades to existing submarine larger Chinese submarine, midgets subs, and now coastal shallow water attack subs. On other hand you are getting turboprop and jet aircraft and helicopter.

So what's left is destroyer this leads to believe that Jinnah class may actually be a destroyer.

They might go for both. PN can operate both from different ships.
AW159 being smaller than Z20 csn be operated from Milgem and daman ships while Z20 can be operated from Type 54. While some can be operated from land for shallow water options.

Shallow Water Attack subs are midget subs or variants of midget subs. For example:

Dude it's CH 4. Yes they are ambitious but for now CH 4 are on order. No other UAV is on order. It's CH 4 which is coming.

Dude I don't like CH 4 myself. I would have love to see CH 5. But sorry right now CH 4 is the one which is coming but it may come in limited numbers and then we may opt for bigger Drone. Either local or foreign.
