Delegation headed by Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jang met with Governor Punjab Ch. Muhammad Sarwar. They discussed Pak China relationship and strategic as well as economic importance of CPEC.

Governor said that Pak china friendship is higher than mountains and deeper than ocean. Pakistan will ensure taking every possible step to get advantage of the Chinese economic model which has made unprecedented progress by lifting more than 700 million people out of the poverty line in last three decades.

Those who conspire against the friendship of Pakistan and China are Pakistan’s enemies and they cannot see Pakistan making progress.

On Thursday, A delegation including Chinese Consul General Lahore Long ding bin headed by Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jang met Governor Punjab Ch. Muhammad Sarwar where issues of mutual interest, Chinese investment in Pakistan and co-operation in different sectors including energy came into discussion.

While interacting with the delegation, Governor Punjab Ch. Muhammad Sarwar said that Pak China friendship is strengthening with each passing day and has been flourishing for the decades, CPEC is its vivid manifestation.

Pakistan is striving hard to create market confidence for the Chinese investors so that they may invest in Pakistan. Apart from that, Pakistan is also willing to enhance prospects of CPEC to alleviate poverty, educate masses and to increase energy production.

The biggest question is :

Will Mr. Sarwar survive such a measure himself?

Poverty is borne out of corruption. The Federal Shariah Court should rule in favor of death penalty for corruption but then who will survive?

Seem like the Pakistani government and officials had noticed there is a strong force in and out of Pakistan pulling all stops trying to alienate China and Pakistan.

At least all the politicians won't and i'm fine with that.

everybody is fine with that.

I think Pakistan can learn alot from Chinese determination in this regard. Specially industrialized agriculture will be of keen interest as Pakistan still remains a largely agriculture based country.

Lush fields of Punjab if cultivated smartly can feed the masses from the Yangtze river to Hejaz in Arabia.

Yeh chutye sirf muhn sei bhonk hi sakte hai lekin no action. Balls are required which these **** bois lack to follow chinese economic model.

No chance, all talk. Our political leadership doesn't have the backbone to follow the Chinese model. The Chinese model can only be followed by those who look to 50 years time, not 5 years time (election cycle).
