It is different. The operations that have already been started would continue irrespective of US funding. Like in Kurram agency or Mohmand agency. The extra troops present on border would be send to barracks to cut down the expenses. It won't be a complete withdrawal.

pakistan army gave up fighting a long time ago, america pressurised it to go to NW, pak army didnt

if you know some basic grammar then pakistan army is just moving its forces away because every buddy even a stupid indian guy knows, war is over, america is negotiating with talibans, talibans are similar to us, we cant fight with talibans after US faces a massive defeat, we cant risk our security any more, like US we should negatiate a peace deal with them
