An official source said Memon had reservations over the inclusion of a non-professional consultant from NESPAK in the team

Knowing NESPAK personally and having worked alongside on some ambitious and even secretive project in KSA, i cannot buy this statement. Most likely, Memon has an agenda of his own and sounds like a good omen that he was dropped.
