Pakistan signed an agreement with Iran to purchase 35 mw electricity power.

While for further dealing, an Iranian delegation would come to Pakistan in July.

Managing Director of Pakistan Electric Power Company Rasool Khan on his departure from Iran told that the agreement of 35 mw was signed by 7 cent per unit. It would be supplied to the coastal areas of Makran.

He told that deadlock on huge agreement of 1000 mega watt has also ended and an Iranian delegation would come to Pakistan for further dialogues.

It is worth-mentioning that power would be supplied to Quetta within three years.

3 years? so zardari is leaving this for next government lol.

Cant say the terrible words I have on my tongue.

When we have power plants running on half the capacity, when the private plants aren't working and demanding high rates, with no supplies, enjoying with eyes closed and no tension or emotion in their hearts for the citizens, this is what happens.

Instead of demanding them to cut the costs to half and be full time operational (as they have already enjoyed Haram money, time to pay for it), government is going abroad and getting much more expensive deals which would result in more expensive electricity supplies for the citizens.

I say blow away the private reactors. We do not need them if they wont supply and fulfill our needs.

How cruel can these people be? How can they call themselves Muslims, Pakistanis or even Human?

:tdown::tdown:

if they really were Muslims, they would not let innocents die, if they were human then they would not let ppl commit suicide because of hunger, if they were Pakistanis then they would not be corrupt.

The power plants are privately owned businesses who need to make profit. The govvernment is responsible of paying them their fair share from wapda bills payed by public and thats not happening. with their mlney stopped they cant run their plants can tbey?
