I am not aware of that statement but don't add to it... we are not shivering i ve 25 minutes from the border and I am not afraid , neither is rest of the Lahore.
Actually the US said something similar about China advancing . does that mean they fear it? i doubt it.
But like I said, show some stones and do it and then talk.

This. Nuclear technology has completely change warfare of the 21st century.. Wouldn't be too wise for anyone to go for a direct confrontation with a nuclear nation.

No need to read too much into this.

War is simply not an option as things stand now. Two reasons :

India is doing well economically and there is little need to jeopardize this.

Next, why go to war when the ends are being met without having to do so ?

What the IA is doing is what armies the world over do i.e constant review of plans and processes.
