Pakistan’s problems

So the thread is about Pakistan problems which also mentions India somewhere, I don't understand where this China comparison came from.

Dear Chinese, you should open a new thread for that and I hope this is not the arrow through your heart.

if pakistan does disintegrate ,it wont be due to defence spending......

(you don't get how this works do you?)

But India's defence spending is not impacting its economy..we are not begging for aid and meanwhile increasing our defence spending to compete with our neighbour..Indian leaders and policy makers know when to stop(definitely some of them)..that is the reason during 90's when our economy situation was worse, we spent very little on defence modernization and are only doing now as we know it will not impact our the actual developmental projects in social, educational or industrial sectors.

Pakistan will not disintegrate due to external forces, it will definitely disintegrate if they dont start finding more money for their economic development.and more spending in defence is not helping them..

did u get now? or will u still keep playing the same tune

Chinese defence spending per capita and gdp is well below the indian

Nobody not even the ordinary Chinese citizens know the exact amount spent on your defense unless and until you are some member of Chinese High Command which I assume you are not. On the otherhand our defense budget is presented every year in the Indian parliament for everyone to see.

Pakistan’s problems
SEIF A. SOMALYA, jeddah

Nothing short of a military takeover by someone like Ayub Khan and immediate imposition of martial law is going to save Pakistan. The military has been the most powerful institution in Pakistan and there has never been a greater need for military intervention than now.Pakistan

What logic ! ....Repeat the dose till the patient dies' !!

The soloution to a existing problem is to get the old one back !

If imposition of martial law and wars could solve problems there would be none in Pakistan ( & the world !).

yes , if pakistan does disintegrate , it will be due to defence spending.......

......for those jehadis who are threatening to blast pakistan apart were supposed to be ' defenders ' of pakistan against india--until they turned their arms against pakistan itself....
