a big bonnfire with no logs to burn, no marshmallows and no meat

just tents and a few fairy-tales

Am too lazy to quote all the posts from my Pakistani friends saying otherwise.... Go thru this thread and a bunch of others on Afgh peace process to get the drift

What lie in it? Thats the reality, Afghanistan peace cannot be achieved without Pakistan. Whats amazing in it?

Yes

like ??

Well first of all, even if i do tell those actions, you will not accept them to be, since you would be viewing it as an Indian and we already saw the Indian perspective in the other incident.

2ndly, it may derail the thread, so lets keep it on topic which is the non-importance of Pakistan, we can discuss Indian actions in many other threads out there and in coming future more such threads will open.

Oh! I meant publicly stated positions and actions.. Not accusations and allegations..

Don't worry yar we just won mining contract from Afghanistan

Good for you guys, hope you can have bigger piece of the pie out there and can make more money.

Anyway for other members, keep the discussion on topic, just discuss Pakistan in the context, leave India and others out.

I was talking about the bold part not the second one.

It can be achieved. Provided US/NATO shows the same level of commitment as they did in Iraq.

Pakistan has no importance for Afghanistan, if they really want that to happen. No trade, no routes, they have so many other friendly countries around it, they all will help Afghanistan.

I said before, Afghans / Afghanistan is a thankless nation, we gave them refuge and helped them in times of need and they still wanna stab us in the back.

Well got to agree with Mayor of Kabul. He is right. Pakistan's absence doesn't make a difference. Afghanistan would remain the same as it was before this high tea. :)

Will Be surprised to see any such positions from Indian govt which dictate Afghanistan on how to conduct Foreign policy.

You are continuously missing a part, "PEACE".. Afghanistan can enjoy status quo.

and so can Pakistan.. You are not much better off at the moment mate...This sword cuts both ways...

good, maybe they can pay you in Pakistani rupees too

100% of Afghanistan's GDP comes from foreign aid so since india is willing to forego its own starving segment of population to try attempting to win influence in other countries, maybe indian would be ready to keep the cash-flow going and perhaps even pocket some of the non-financial expense (namely -- admitting Afghan refugees to their country)

a mining contract is useless as long as instability lingers in the air; you never know who will be sitting in power tomorrow.... but high risk projects can bring high returns --so that is your own initiative between you and Afghanistan...good luck with it. ;):)
