ODA Loans and grants are different things... we repay these loans without begging in front of RSA, CHINA OR WORLD BANK...

Growth is only when going from 'Industrialising' to 'Industrialised'. When a country reaches 'Industrialised' status, the GDP growth rate should be zero.

The reason is the country reaches full utilisation of resources and therefore growth tends to zero.

Fact is for last 6 months federal rserves are and will be at 7-8b dollars even though IMF and WB are not in the game.. This along with 6 billion of private reserves are enough for 3 months..though we need to build to at least least 15-20b dollars

What happened in 1998 was that govt spent not only its federal reserves bu also its private reserves creating a crisis...that crisis lead to slow growth during 1998-2002 plus devaluation ...this isnt even a crisis if compared to that ..

The pledge amount of 12 b from UAE and saudis and Chinese support is more than enough to ride this period of mismanagement ..

Though IMF will be important for laon rescheduling/roll over..as cost of borrowing will go up with lower credit rating

You think that world see what you want to show... but truth is bitter... US also funds NGOs in India to protest STRONGLY against projects such as Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant...
