Means they are also going to test shaheen 3 by the end of this year!!!

Because we do not have the calibre of launching a satellite now...even if proposed Shaheen-III or similar Pakistani missile is to be used as an SLV,it has to be modified first...that too,after multiple tests as a weapon...

We can't put a satellite up a missile which we are launching for the first time...Also,the launch would take place in China,because our SLV launch facility is still under construction...
