Pindi is becoming more & more like Islamabad (in terms of cleanliness & development/infrastructure) everyday, so that should be a good experience. Lahore te Lahore ay, jinne Lahore ni waikhya oo te jamia i ni (lots of development there too). I don't know how long it's been since you last visited Islamabad, but if it's been a few years, you will be absolutely amazed at how much the city has grown. It's become a real city, with great new construction buildings, many flyovers, underpasses, & new roads. It's a pleasure being in that city, & it's a one of a kind in South Asia. I just visited Islamabad a few weeks back, & I hadn't been there in a few years, & it's completely changed (in a good way).

There is a lot more to Pakistan as well, & there's a lot of development work going on in Multan, & it looks promising. There's so much more you can do, & I would love to elaborate, but it depends on your time schedule, & how much you'd like to travel.

^^^^^^^ Thanks guys - im coming for about 4 months so will have plenty of time. Im definately going to Bahawalphur - used to play cricket with a guy from their! Will be around Islamabad alot as we got some land their that we are going to build on. Bilal - you know you going to get a call!!! lolzz

Dude, In June, July, Aug i will recommend you to visit northern areas and enjoy the nature, weather will be very pleasent and if you can go to Hunza Vally. In Punjab, Sindh i doubt you will be able to survive because of hot summer and load sheding :P

Lal Swara park or as PN corrected me Lal Suhanra.

Although I agree with love icon summer in Bahawalpur will be too much for you.

I barely survived. I used to take cloth, pour water on it and place it over my face while sitting in front of the fan. I call this the desi AC.

Punjab is awesome to go to during the colder weather, as it is not even cold. At extremes you might need just a sweater.

You being from the Uk will walk around in a t-shirt and think it's spring. lol

Also go to Quetta. The fruit from Quetta is second to none, and hosts the worlds most delicious pomegrenate or Anar.

^^^^ Razpak sahib - Thats exactley the issue their seems to be literally 100s of places to see and go and see the heritage. One only heres of the bad things that take over 95% of the press space in papers - sad to see the real places are left in the background! Thanks for the info - i may be picking your brain some more nearer the time!

Kallar Kahar..?
