Besides the numbers, the rest doesn't mean it's Arabic. It could be urdu or something. Pakistan in Urdu is spelled in same way as in Arabic I believe....

there is not "p" in arabic so they use the letter "b" instead, pakistan is arabic is el-Bakistan
