It is everyones right to shoot down enemy ships in its terrority.
Remember Indian sub was monitered by PN for 4 days in International waters before comming to surface for batteries charging.

Pakistan's Territorial waters only extend to 12 NM from the coast or baseline, after that it is Contiguous Zone or International waters.

They are not idiots to enter with 12 NMs.

I am not aware of the actual report, but if they were detected even in international, then there submarine CO should be sacked.

It totally acceptable in International law to sink any submarine nuclear or otherwise if detected in your territorial waters even if no state of war exists. In fact the world will consider the trespassing country as the aggressor
