no only those people who are residing or would reside in the respective countries and would apply for the Nationality of that country under the respective laws of that country they would be granted citizenship / Nationality if found suitable. Under current law Pakistan grant dual Nationality only to the citizens of following countries ....

The point is you dont have to give up ur second identity.

If i was a pakistani air force pilot in pakistan , i with turkish 2nd identity. I would be able to fly in turkish air force and serve turkey. They need that we can help.

Also we could join turkish army and help them fight their enemies.

Same for us turkish citizens army airforce navy can join pakistan armed forces and fight as pakistaniz against our enemies. This is the bigger goal here of our governments. But it will take time baby step 1 taken right now.

If such a deal occurs, that is still a big if, i would like some clauses to be added as well as requirements for such dual nationality.

Sad reality but many (NOT ALL) Pakistanis are corrupt in almost many things that involve money or ignorant, there should be a requirement set to only give dual nationality to well educated and ethical Pakistanis instead of pushing the illiterate or mass labor. The reason for such is quite big one if you open your mind and think with sense. Corrupt or illiterate/stupid Pakistanis will only downgrade Pakistani image in front of turks and in turn will decrease the sense of natural brotherhood and friendship as well as admiration of each others. THIS ALL SHOULD HAPPEN VICE VERSA AS WELL.

No dual citizen is allowed to join Armed forces of Pakistan, but I have no idea about Turkish Laws. This arrangement if adopted in my opinion would be beneficial in Social and Economic sectors then in defence sector.

In Turkey, if defense companies are enlisted with NATO (including the Turkish military) they can't hire non-NATO member countries' citizens. Now, once one becomes a Turkish citizen and gets security clearance he/she can work in defense companies.....

This agreement is alway adopted on mutual basis not unilaterally, you can observe many Arab countries are not part of List ...

As much as I like Turkey I say we should not have no dual citzenship with any nations why tf we need more Zadaris and Nawaz who could escape from their messy dealings and corruption besides the only person that should hold Pakistani citizenship is Pakistanis living in Pakistan not some diaspora dude who barley visits and family left in the 1970s and 1980s if they want to visit let them use NICOP cards and e visas

Turkey has a program of giving citizenship if you invest a certain amount of money there. Many Arab folks have done that. Now, Pak needs to be careful not to allow it to be a source for money laundering....

Turkey's another ambitious project is to set-up a financial hub surrounding the "Kanal Istanbul". So, it might be an opportunity for finance, IT etc. folks...

You are right, that is what i was trying to highlight. Let’s see what happens. If i was an investor, i would be reluctant to invest in Turkey for the time being until the new world bloc becomes clear and Turkey’s position becomes in that becomes concrete

For such kind of access you need to form a joint union between Turkey and Pakistan.... Apart from this Turkey is NATO member and NATO has its own policies about giving access to its hardware to other forces... Dual citizenship just can't help on this....
