Pakistan being next to Iran and Afghan(top 2) may have some drug problems though.

Pakistanis don't have a big drug problem as compared to India. We mostly smuggle drugs into India. There are some addicts in Pakistan, but surprisingly our consumption is very low in comparison to accessibility and distribution.
