By this logic when london bus bombings took place, MI6 was culprit. Or when Spanish bombings took place, Spanish intelligence agencies were the culprit. Or when bombings take place in Pakistan they are carried out by ISI.

Either way, its just a feel good thread that Pak is launching diplomatic blitz, meanwhile representatives of G20, P5, South Asian nations and European nations already met with Indian Foreign Secretary yesterday in Delhi in joint meeting. If that isnt a diplomatic blitz, i dont know what is.
Also USA NSA John Bolton called Doval and extended support to strikes in response.
