Injustices like these will continue to happen. This is because countries like Pakistan, China, Russia and others follow a 'defensive doctrine'. This defensive doctrine has failed to uphold law of the good. As long as this defensive mindset exists, there is just NO stopping countries like US and Israel to do whatever they like no matter how inhuman. Perfect example, the biggest open air prisons on this planet - the Palestinians.
