Pakistan is collecting tax from Indian held Kashmir, Hina Rabbani Khar

Just read the story on ?BBC Urdu? - ????? ????.. and i was surprised. I couldn't find the story on anyother source, so just translated to 'interesting' section as below:

Tax authorities in Pakistan expressed Indian administered Kashmir's seven cities as their areas and disclosed to receive tax from there.

During Question Hour in the Senate, upper house of Parliament, on Friday, Minister of State for Economic Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, provided the details of tax toll collected from the Indian held Kashmir's cities, in reply to a question from Senator Najma Hameed.

According to the answer in Udham Pur, Srinagar, Rajury, Islamabad (Ananth Nag) there is one tax payer from each city. While in Leh one hundred ninty eight, In Kthubah two and in Doda one hundred and seventy one taxpayers pay taxes to the government of Pakistan.

Wats so surprising about it.Its called the joint administration on which many a time it was discussed here and dont be surprised in near future when more such stories come out slowly.btw kashmiris dont need indian or pakistani passport to cross LOC its another example which india recognises kashmir as not its integral part.

Even Pakistanis themselves dont pay tax.. This is just a publicity stunt.
It's like Sri Lanka saying it collects tax from Andaman & Nicobar.
