What's new

Pakistan has not failed, only the nation's governance has: Fatima Bhutto

We want bhuttos out of Pakistan. They need to go live in the countries that they have gifted their wealth and investments.

When i see the name reappearing i automatically thing " o dear not again - here we go again" - I pray they keep away - in fact lets pay them not to bless us with their knowledge

Since when have elections have been fair in Pakistan?

Their popularity has gone down considerably even if elections are rigged, there will be chaos if they win in 2013 because people know the truth of their government and will not allow it to run again in near future.

At least I hope so A……

Peace

1. The ad cost $38,000, not millions.

2. There is no evidence that the government was behind the ad.

3. If the talks and the signs are to be taken as evidence, technically, it was not the government but the Army that paid for the ad.

Then on the headline - The government is a democratic, so it is the choice of the people. However, if she or anyone thinks the elections were rigged, then again it is the failure of the people who did not come out and take their right to vote in their own hands.

Ultimately, it is the failure of the people for being too lazy to care about their future.

And well, it is not the land, not the government, not even the religion, but it is the people who make a nation. I guess she needs to rethink - who failed here.

P.S. I would love to see her show some evidence that she voted, at least once, in her life.

That's curious - are you joining the "intentions" club? Can't we take her word for it? What kind of evidence will suffice, given that the votes are secret or are supposed to be?
