From March to July(3.5 months) Reserves down $2.15B
This was in july

This one in August

From July 15th to August 12th - Hardly a month and we are down to $1.63B

Less imports does not mean no imports. And certain payments are bunched together, so the withdrawals are not steady.

strange we are decreasing from march but less, only started more decrease all together in less than month? And we have seen dollar rate coming down from july to august as well? May be we using reserves to bring down dollar?

Using artifical support for the PKR would violate IMF terms, so I think it is not likely, but Pakistan is known to renege on its commitments.

Bring Pakistan to its knees ... completely, revenge on Afghanistan was long due and expected.

Going to IMF was Pakistan's decision, and it alone is responsible for its economic predicament.
