Pakistan has decided to refuse a request by India to allow its president to use Pakistani airspace for his flight to Iceland, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi announced on Saturday.

The decision was approved by Prime Minister Imran Khan in view of India's continuing oppression of the people in occupied Kashmir, the minister told state broadcaster PTV.

Pakistan should ban Indian airlines in its entirety. Even international airlines going from or to India need to be banned using Pak airspace. This is not a good enough approach by only banning a handful of flights.

Maharaja Modi needs to know his *** will be on fire if he is near Pakistani Airspace we will brand a medal up his buttocks with "x marks target" medal

A symbolic act. It won't hurt India much.

It is symbolic until Pakistan extends the airspace ban to domestic and international flights landing and flying out of India.

Pakistan really needs to up the ante if it wants this to be meaningful. All flights going in and out of India need to be banned. That includes international flights. That is how far I would take this.

Aye, they need to be banned but PM financial task force and foreign minister has suggested otherwise - a loss of revenue and act of not fulfilling international obligations.

Why the President?

Why not the PM?

I Think both countries are too afraid to declare war officially otherwise why ban the Präsident representing the State and allow Prime Minister representing the government.

Strange people
