This year, the Malaysian PM will be the guest of honour, where as troopers from Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Sri Lanka and Saudi Arab will participate in the parade while Solo Turk and PLAAF J-10 will perform in the air display.

My dear why would armed jets participate in the parade.
PAF only uses about 20 aircraft in the event while Solo Turk and J-10 will perform displays.

Those who do need to be armed will be armed and flying CAP missions. The jets participating in Pakistan day has only one thing in mind i.e to participate.
If the Indian threat would had been so real, rest assured we wouldn't been seeing Malaysian Premier in Pakistan.
