It was a SAARC Council of Ministers meeting only not the SAARC conference which will be held in Pakistan.

However.......
Indian EAM Jaishankar can try to entertain his play group whatever India call on. SAARC will also be made realized that Pakistan is important as well. Just because in past, we didn't exercise our strength, doesn't mean it has to go always by the same way of India.
