I've noticed a lot of Indian goods are re-packaged in Dubai and imported into Pakistan as product of Dubai. That has to be looked into as well, because they are often items already manufactured in Pakistan or can be imported from China without affecting dollar outflow as trade with China is now local currencies.

India doesn't have a monetary need to supply to Afghans. But I don't want India to stop issuing medical visas to Pakistanis seeking treatment. That would be a low blow.
