PA will have to work really hard in Waziristans because the people are demoralized & some of the people are pissed on PA.

Nothing new here. Since there is no civilian administration in these parts, the army has had to step in and rebuild the necessary infrastructure after the military ops. Dir, Bajaur, Buner, Swat, SWA and now NWA after the ops end. The UAE has provided critical financial support to the army to build hospitals, schools, roads, dams, solar and power infrastructure.
