The Tribal elders were impressed by the Red Army hence when the Terrorists took over Afghan they continued to bolster that without giving them much financial and education liberties. The Govt. of Pakistan failed to understand this and now after almost 35 yrs this came to haunt...

Hope this time things would be different, Pakistan would have learnt from the earlier mistake.

so will that solve everything ?? yeah i am in favor of making new State , but thing is you need to change the mindset of Pashtoon tribes and tribal people .. they are living in baba Adam ke Zamanay , they like to make no go Areas , they like to do Smuggling , they like to break law , they like to have weapons , they like to fight over stupid things , the only language they will listen is " Chitrol "

New State or not is not the actual issue...At-least treat them as equals....The customs and other issues can only be solved with education but this is going to take time. No one has magical powers....
