Air cooled version of KLJ-7A is the main radar array only version.

And air cooled one (LFK-601) has 2 side arrays, KLJ-7A has only one main array

No sir, you're confused, LFK-601E only has 2 side arrays, 2 versions of KLJ-7A one have fixed main array and other one swatch plate (movable) array

@LKJ86 has generously provided you the images of the Liquid cooled ones from NRIET KLJ-7A and also the LETRI LKF601E air cooled one. I have not seen any image or detail of the selected air cooled KLJ-7A one. You can google the Grifo-E from Leonardo ... it has around 150km range and is available in both liquid and air cooled versions I think.

No. I beleive Rafale's RCS is lower

Exact RCS of aircrafts are secret. Rafael RCS is lower due to use of some desogn features but it is a medium weight twin engine fighter so it cant be lower then thunder by just using composite and modified inlets.
