i belong from a small town and yet never see a house without bathroom some even have 2-3-4 bathrooms in 10 or 12 Marla homes . and sure there is sewage lines from municipality and two plants .

I said it's an over-exaggerated report. I've been all over Pakistan, I have not met anyone who does not have toilets except for the homeless, who use public facilities.

I agree there are washrooms at homes, the mosques, fast food chains and restaurants, gas stations and public recreational parks and places. The mosques are generally within walking distance of each other so where does this report come from.
