What's new

Pak congratulates Netherland , SA , Sierra Leone & Togo on their National Days - MoFA Pakistan .

Very nice to see this and many Africans have great opinions of Pakistanis. Much of this was generated by the numerous peace keeping missions there.
All developing nations should support one another and it's essential we build good ties between Asia and Africa.
Sierra Leone is also a brother Muslim nation.

Thank you it is much appreciated!!!

Waz - It is a pity we are not seeing so much engagement since the late 80s from Pak. Prior, In Tanzania and Zambia, Pak textiles teams were instrumental to getting textile industries established. Similarly they were heavily engaged in paper mills setup. Thereafter, it totally disappeared.

There needs to be ernest on the ground infrastructure work. There is a huge potential in numerous fields.

With Uganda, i would be careful, there is again some simimering of Amin's legacy.

Kafue Textiles is what i had referred to before. I visted Kafue long back and was invited to lunch and dinner by several families who were there. There were over 200 personnel plus their families. It was a huge achievement for Zambia at the time.
