No they dont, this is a trainer aircraft.

So what arrangement are in place for Pilot or any other person in the plane to save them selves if the plane takes a plunge?

They don't have ejection seats and looking at their past record they are much safer plans than many other AC's in this region. Anyways a sad incident and may the pilots RIP.
