Bangladesh has inducted Pakistan produced all-weather Air Defense Command and Control system into its armed forces, officials said. The system is a product of Air Weapon Complex (AWC) and operational trials of the system were completed in Pakistan before it was handed over to Bangladesh. The induction ceremony of the system into Bangladesh Air Force was held in Dhakha Thursday. The ceremony was attended by AWC team led by Director General, AWC, Air Vice Marshal, Raja Tariq Mehmood. AWC does not depend on any foreign company or agency for supply or support, hence ensuring an un-interruptible supply, support and maintenance of the system, said an official press statement. The salient feature of the system is its reliability under all weather and geographical conditions. It provides the commander an instant update of all developments in the battle/concentration area, thereby making it easier to make necessary adjustments in the operation plan. The operational trials of the system were conducted in Pakistan before Bangladesh Armed Forces showed interest in the purchase of the system. ?The system?s competence, reliability, mobility and all weather friendliness proven during its trials persuaded Bangladesh to purchase the system for its Air Force.? The Bangladesh Armed Forces showed interest in the purchase of the system in June 2003. Bangladesh floated a tender for Air Defense Automation System with Integrated War gaming for Bangladesh Air Force, and a contract was signed between AWC and Bangladesh Government in June 2003. AWC a constituent organization of National Engineering & Scientific Commission (NESCOM) also conducted comprehensive and detailed operationalmaintenance training of Bangladesh Air Force personnel in Pakistan. Additionally, an ongoing training program has also been conducted in Bangladesh. Director General AWC AVM Raja Tariq Mehmood held meetings with Bangladesh Air Chief and other high officials. This agreement will help to promote brotherly relations, cooperation & harmony between the two Islamic countries of this region. Air Weapons Complex (AWC) is an enterprising young organisation with its roots going back to 1992. Although, still a nascent organisation, it has established itself as a leader in the field of support systems and air defense for the Armed Forces of Pakistan

Bangladesh to get C4I Air Defence System from Pakistan

but still i hope to we buy more weapons from Pakistan , aside i know we bought ANti tank weapons and MP5 also

but we named that as chines weapons in 2010 military show ,though it was shown as made in Pakistani weapons during 2008/earlier military show . mp5 is use by Rab probably not by military though .

If the Pakistani ADCC system has been proved efficient by the BAF or RAB, then they should also add a few more units of this highly sophisticated tracking and surveillance system.
