I wonder if it's really security concerns then why nobody ban the proven criminal AKA Cisco (not only one but several backdoor in all Cisco routers), Microsoft (Backdoor in Outlook & Prism backdoor that affect SkyDrive and Skype and infamous _NSAKEY in windows) and Intel (Intel Management Engine is a hardware level backdoor)
