No 1: If anyone asks for economic empowerment by killing innocents, using human shields, kidnapping and killing reformists not affiliated with them, the a bullet is an appropriate response.
No 2: we are not a client state of the USA or some backwater failed state with a crumbling political structure. drone attacks and no fly zones are restricted to the above.
