It is you who is posting misleading information.
USAF does not include US navy aircraft incidents in it's safety neither does RAF include RN incidents in it's safety report.
So why should IN incidents be recorded in IAF safety reports

If you are quoting USAF or RAF than for us IAF = IN = Indian militarily
