Actually last year recorded one of the highest flying hours achieved by IAF.
Read title again. It is about IAF only.
Indian Navy MiG-29K/KUBs are operated and owned by Indian Navy & based in navy bases and pilots are navy officers.
Nothing to do with IAF.

It is you who is posting misleading information.
USAF does not include US navy aircraft incidents in it's safety reports neither does RAF include RN incidents in it's safety report.
So why should IN incidents be recorded in IAF safety reports
