looool, someone is embarrassed because Sunni were proved the only ones who have honor and dignity in Iraq.

Look at the facts of past 2003.

Republican guard & army didn't fight back in 2003 as they couldn't take the sanctions anymore, their own commanders told them to go home, Baghdad fell in a month as a result how come those honorable people didn't put up a fight.
Fedayeen Saddam, most of them joined Islamist group like Ansar al Sunnah & ISI.

Fallujah being the city of mosque attracted all the ( foreign ) Islamists, Mosul had very little resistance apart from a small group of Islamists using hit & run attacks, I would expect better from a city with a 3 mil population of honorable and dignified people as you'd call them.

In cities with a shia majority there was similar resistance by the mahdi militia where they didn't disappear until 2008.

As for the tribes swearing allegiance to anyone giving them money, watch a US military documentary and you'd see them taking the money lol, they seek money all you have to do is give them some $ and they will be on your side. No Islam no tribal honor whatsoever.

There are so many factions, the government army is nothing more than an employment program.

These Iraqis should be trained by either IRGC or Hezbollah ( of Lebanon ) with guerrilla tactics to counter ISIL . Even the US with it's discipline army screwed against Al Qaeda and only guerrilla warfare works against them .

My mistake, then it's just worse than Afghanistan, however, many American sources estimated American killed, disabled and wounded troop at 100000. But please note that Iraq wasn't supported by anybody be it China or the USSR as the case with Vietnam.
