Honestly speaking from a Militarily point of view if you discount the Nuclear weapon South Korea would murder and run thru North Korea quite easily with such junk military hardware. I know China won't allow it but 1v1 without Nukes South Korea absolutely runs thru NK quite comfortably

I don't think so seoul and other south Korean population centers are facing more than 11000 barrels of artillery they are dettered sans nukes besides NORTH KOREANS have very little fear of death because they have very little to loose they are more like afghans
