North Korean government is collecting a large sum of condolence money from Chinese JV companies operating in North Korea for Kim Jong Il's passing. This particular company quoted is paying at least $20,000. Chinese are complaining about how North Korea is more corrupt than China, which already has a reputation for an incredible level of corruption.

China's policy regarding Taiwan is "peaceful reunification". They are our blood brothers, we don't want to fight them unless it is necessary.

The Korean war on the other hand, was fair game. Which is why China fought against the USA + 16 of her allies combined, and forced them to retreat completely out of North Korea.
